A huge thank you and congratulations to Chris and Diane; after a year of hard work; organising this year's treasure hunt, which featured spectacular weather, cunning and devious clues, and the most dramatic scenery anyone could hope for! Also a massive thank you to Bendles Solicitors of Carlisle, for sponsoring us, so that we could thoroughly enjoy a wine reception, back at the hotel. Also a huge thank you to Kentdale Landrovers, for providing us with a teddy for each car, and the biggest hamper we'd ever seen; which was won by our deserving winners, Clive and Brenda! Also thanks go to Lakeland Motor Museum, and café for hosting us on Sunday morning.

Brillliant weekend. Thanks to all that entered but by far the biggest accolade to Diane and Chris for all their organisational and negotiating skills. Superb roads, superb scenery, good crack and plenty of food at regular intervals!!! Alredy looking forward to next years. Leave a Reply. |
